Terms of Service

1. Service Description

LokalSearch helps users find local business information (names, phone numbers, addresses, ratings) across India. Users can download PDF address labels and contact businesses via WhatsApp.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Credits & Payments

• Search credits are purchased in packs and do not expire.
• Each search unlock consumes one credit.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Export business data as CSV or contact lists.
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service.
• Attempt to bypass payment or access controls.

5. Data Accuracy

Business information is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any business listing. Verify details independently before taking action.

6. Intellectual Property

The LokalSearch name, logo, and website design are our property. Business data displayed is sourced from third parties and subject to their terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

LokalSearch is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing sid@lokalsearch.in.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
